The FIND VIP Buyer Programme (VBP) is to ignite business matching between key industry suppliers from our design, furniture, lighting and office/home decor exhibitors and leading pre-qualified buyers from the Southeast Asian region.

The ease of product discovery and pre-scheduled matchmaking for distributors, interior design agencies, retail buyers, residential and commercial property developers, architects, high-net-worth individuals, HoReCa professionals or related fields extends the business opportunities that FIND offers.

A schedule of activities matched with the needs of each individual buyer will include personalized meetings with corresponding solutions providersrecommended conference sessions, site tours and learning journey stops to understand full potential and embrace new products and services. More than 300+ international brands will showcase their products and solutions during FIND, so benefit from our new service.

WHAT'S NEXT?

STEP 1 - APPLY


Complete the online form where you will be asked to provide your company information, sourcing purposes, interested product categories and related documents.

STEP 2 - CONFIRM


Successful applicants will be informed via email within two weeks from the close of application (26 August 2024), if not earlier. An official invitation letter will be sent to you which you will be required to sign and return by 26 August 2024.

STEP 3 - PREPARE


Indicate preferred matching solution providers with whom you would like to meet at the event. You will receive the customised itinerary comprising pre-scheduled meetings with your selected solution providers, invited for a guided tour experience, opportunity to join the site tour to showrooms and key activities will be planned to ensure smooth travel experience.

STEP 4 - ATTEND FIND


You will be required to attend the trade exhibition for a minimum of two (2) days and commit to 12 pre-scheduled business meetings during your trip. You may be required to attend a short interview session to give a testimonial of the event and complete some simple evaluation form post show.

STEP 5 – GET REIMBURSED


Your expenses will be reimbursed one month after your visit directly into the provided bank account.
