The FIND Hosted Buyer Programme (HBP) is to ignite business matching between key industry suppliers from our design, furniture, lighting and office/home decor exhibitors and leading pre-qualified buyers from the Southeast Asian region.

Who Qualifies?
A Hosted Buyer is a senior decision-maker responsible to plan, reshape and scale business.
- Person in charge of planning, sourcing, procurement and making purchase decisions with respect to interior design, furniture, lighting, furnishing, equipment, wellness and adoption of new smart home/work or design-related technologies.
- There are 3 ways to become a hosted buyer:
- Get nominated by one of our exhibitors or partners,
- Self-nominate through our online form;
- Be pre-selected by the organizer.
- Hosted Buyers profiles include commercial and private property developers, retailers, concept store owner, department store, building contractors, architects, designers, consultants, procurement professionals from HoReCa, hospitals, casinos, offices or related industries.
- Country Visitor Target: Asia including India, Australia, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Korea, Philippines, Vietnam, Macau.
- Job Profile Target: C-Level, Procurement, Operations, Head of…
- Sourcing Target: Actively sourcing with purchase intent within the upcoming 1-12 months.
- Attend FIND at least for two days and join pre-scheduled meetings, a seminar session, networking opportunities, a guided tour and consider site visit program.
- Commit to a minimum of 12 scheduled meetings with suppliers
What's Next?
STEP 1 - APPLY
Complete the online form where you will be asked to provide your company information, sourcing purposes, interested product categories and related documents.
STEP 2 - CONFIRM
Successful applicants will be informed via email within two weeks from the close of application (14 July 2023), if not earlier. An official invitation letter will be sent to you which you will be required to sign and return by 14 July 2023.
STEP 3 - PREPARE
Indicate preferred matching solution providers with whom you would like to meet at the event. You will receive the customised itinerary comprising pre-scheduled meetings with your selected solution providers, invited for a guided tour experience, opportunity to join the site tour to showrooms and key activities will be planned to ensure smooth travel experience.
STEP 4 - ATTEND FIND
You will be required to attend the trade exhibition for a minimum of two (2) days and commit to 12 pre-scheduled business meetings during your trip. You may be required to attend a short interview session to give a testimonial of the event and complete some simple evaluation form post show.
STEP 5 – GET REIMBURSED
Your expenses will be reimbursed one month after your visit directly into the provided bank account.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Only applicants based in SEA region including India and Oceania may be eligible for the travel and accommodation subsidy.
- Each company may only avail of one (1) subsidy offer.
- Only application forms submitted before 14 July 2023 will be honoured. Early applications are encouraged
- Only applications with correct attached requirements, as stated in the form, will be reviewed.
- Inclusion in the Hosted Buyer Program (HBP) and the awarding of subsidies will be at the discretion of the event organiser.
- Proof of vaccination status to enter Singapore (if applicable)
- Qualified Hosted buyers must purchase their own flight tickets and provide the confirmed flight ticket to organiser to secure the entitled complimentary hotel accommodation. The flight details must be submitted to the event organiser for their reference and agreement.
- Hosted buyers are required to complete all items listed under Step 4 before they can receive the reimbursement for travel/accommodation expenses agreed upon post event. Non-compliance may result in the recall of the subsidy.
- On top of having expenses covered by the event, a qualified Hosted Buyer gains priority access to all business, networking and invite-only experiences
