Kensaku Oshiro Studio
Kensaku Oshiro is an award-winning Japanese designer based in Milan, Italy. He graduated in 1999 from Scuola Politecnica di Design Milano and worked at Lissoni Associati (Milan) and BarberOsgerby (London). In 2015 he established his own studio in Milan and currently collaborates with design leading companies, mostly in Europe.
He pursues an innovative design capable of expanding possibilities, with a unique approach that draws on a multicultural environment. His work extends across a variety of fields, from product design to architectural projects, from high-quality craftsmanship to industrial-scale production.
Among various awards are to mention the selection as an Italian “Rising Talent” at Maison&Object 2018, the Elle Decor Japan nominee as the EDIDA “Young Design Talent” 2016 and “Designer of the Year” 2022, and the iF Design Gold Award 2023.
