Govinda has over a combined 25 years’ experience in finance, real estate advisory, valuation and consulting. He is a specialist in concept advisory involving leisure and entertainment led concepts, mixed-use, hotels, gaming, and hospitality and leisure. Having worked across EMEA, the Caribbean and Asia, he has advised on numerous assignments including market entry and expansion, transaction advisory, accounting, financial and commercial due diligence assignments, dispute resolution, opco /propco company structuring, market demand and feasibility studies, property and business valuations, strategic and internal business reviews, operator searches, asset management, tourism studies, economic impact and needs assessments. His clients include operators, developers, master planners, sovereign wealth funds, private equity, REITS, banks, high net worth individuals, governments and institutional investors.
