With over 25 years of strategic leadership experience in the commercial furniture industry, Andy brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of driving business growth and fostering a positive organizational culture. Andy is a passionate advocate for transformative change in the office interiors sector. His expertise spans delivering flagship commercial furniture projects in the UK and pioneering innovative solutions to promote sustainability within the built environment.
Notably, Andy developed a bespoke SaaS platform to track embodied carbon and established a comprehensive circular furniture recycling facility, housing over 20,000 items of second-hand office furniture. In addition to his professional achievements, Andy holds executive certifications in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge and Strategic Leadership from INSEAD. In his new role, Andy will prioritize driving revenue through the SOS (Sustainable Office Solutions) initiative by leveraging JEB Group’s client contacts and project opportunities.
He will focus on formulating and implementing strategies to enhance JEB Group’s market presence and profitability. Andy will lead initiatives to consolidate our divisional offerings under one umbrella, develop strategic partnerships, and drive innovation in sustainable solutions. A key focus will be consolidating strategic alliances with JLL and CBRE to ensure they offer SOS services to all their clients. Additionally, Andy will formulate a value proposition to present JEB Group and its strategic partners as a turnkey solutions provider of sustainable products in fully fitted spaces to key stakeholders.
He will also engage with key stakeholders, represent JEB Group at industry events, and support our CSR/ESG team in integrating sustainability initiatives into our overall business strategy. With Andy’s strategic vision and leadership, we are confident he will help propel our company into its next phase of growth.
